  • Imagine a fundraiser for your church, organization, or group that's not just about raising money, but also about raising your heart rate and spirits. Enter team archery: the ultimate blend of skill, strategy, and camaraderie.

  • Gather your squad of five and prepare to unleash your inner Robin Hood as you take turns shooting at targets, racking up points with each well-aimed arrow. Unlike combat archery, this competition focuses on precision and teamwork, with each shot bringing your team closer to victory.

  • The Format
  • 1. Teams: Each team consists of five members.
  • 2. Rounds: The competition is divided into several rounds, with teams shooting from various distances.
  • 3. Scoring: Points are awarded based on the accuracy of the shots. The closer to the bullseye, the higher the points.

  • Scoring System
  • - Bullseye (Inner Circle): 10 points
  • - Next Circle: 8 points
  • - Third Circle: 6 points
  • - Fourth Circle: 4 points
  • - Outer Circle: 2 points

  • The Event
  • - Preliminary Rounds: All teams participate, with the top-scoring teams advancing to the semifinals.
  • - Semifinals: The best teams face off, aiming to secure a spot in the finals.
  • - Finals: The top two teams compete for the championship.

  • Awards
  • Trophies are awarded to the top three teams:
  • - 1st Place: Gold trophy and bragging rights as the ultimate archery champions.
  • - 2nd Place: Silver trophy.
  • - 3rd Place: Bronze trophy.

Event Details
1. Party of 10 participants (Archery/Combat Archery)2. Additional participants: 11 or more is an additional $20.00 pp3. Must have an (1) hour set-up before event.4. And a (1) hour break-down after event.5. Mandatory safety briefing for all participants.6. All coaches are state and nationally certified instructors.7. Children participating must be the ages of 10-17 years and accompanied by an adult.8. All events equipment included: 5-targets Archery or Combat Archery Arena.9. Please ensure that there is adequate space available for the set-up of all events, whether they are scheduled to take place indoors or outdoors.10. Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions. Please note that they will take place only if the weather permits.

Guidelines
Cancellation: To receive a full refund, kindly make any cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled classes or events.
Proper Attire Required: Please wear appropriate clothing and either athletic footwear or closed-toed shoes.
Waiver Requirement: Participation necessitates the completion of a waiver. Waivers will be distributed at the commencement of each class.
Age Requirement: Individuals signing the waiver must be 18 years or older. For participants under 18 years old, parents or guardians are authorized to sign on their behalf.
